We provide maintenance services like Air Filter Replacement, Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Light Bulb Replacement, Refrigerator Filter Replacement, Reverse Osmosis Filter Service, Reverse Osmosis System Flush, Smoke Detector Battery Replacement, Smoke Detector Battery Replacement, Water Softener Salt Refresh, and Vacuum Clean-Out.  All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment before a final quote is provided. 

3. Booking and Payments 

Quotes & Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. 

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made. Late payments may incur additional fees. 

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least [X] hours' notice for cancellations; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply. 

4. Warranties & Guarantees 

We guarantee our workmanship for 60 days from the service date unless otherwise specified. 

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment; we are not responsible for defects covered under these warranties. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. 

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible for our technicians. 

6. Client Responsibilities 

Provide accurate information regarding service needs. 

Ensure safe access to the work area. 

Secure pets or valuables if necessary.
