Cancellation Policy

At NCMS, we operate on a no-contract, no-commitment basis to provide you with flexibility. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting our time and other clients. When an appointment is missed, canceled last-minute, or rescheduled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time to others on our waiting list.

To help you remember your appointment, we send:

An email reminder 2 days in advance

A text reminder 1 days in advance

We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice twice within a 12-month period, a $35 cancellation fee will apply to help offset the lost appointment time.
